Richard Ingram

Richard Ingram

Interim CEO and Co-Chairman

Richard Ingram is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing business operations for portfolio companies in Europe.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2019, Mr. Ingram held various senior positions including CEO of Smith Detection, CEO of Zodiac Aerospace Electrical Systems, and leadership roles at United Technologies and Goodrich.

Mr. Ingram holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Warwick Business School and Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Engineering degrees from the University of Manchester.

Adrian Letts

Adrian Letts

Co-Chairman

Adrian Letts is a Managing Partner in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and Head of Business Operations, where he is responsible for operational and financial oversight of portfolio companies globally. This includes guiding the strategic allocation of the firm’s operational resources, while generating financial, operational and investment insights from the Brookfield ecosystem.

Prior to joining Brookfield in 2022, Mr. Letts held various senior leadership roles including CEO of a U.K. retail energy company and Managing Director of a leading global retailer’s online business, as well as several senior management positions in the telecom, media and technology industries.

Mr. Letts holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney and the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Emma Mercer

Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Modulaire, Emma was European CFO for Rentokil Initial Plc, a UK FTSE 50 services business where she led the finance function for 18 countries across the region during a period of significant growth and strong margin performance alongside the acquisition and successful integration of multiple businesses each year.

Emma led the commercial margin protection plan during the Covid period and the last years of high inflation and was instrumental in setting the region’s plan to incorporate standardised processes and systems and the move to SOX compliance.

Tristan Tully

Tristan Tully

Managing Director, Private Equity

Tristan Tully is a Managing Director in Brookfield’s Private Equity Group and heads the private equity business for Brookfield in Europe. In this role, Mr. Tully is responsible for private equity strategy, including deal sourcing, execution and portfolio monitoring in Europe.

Mr. Tully joined Brookfield in 2014, and since then has held a number of roles. Prior to Brookfield, he was an associate at Clayton Dubilier & Rice and an analyst at Deutsche Bank.

Mr. Tully holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wesleyan University.

Ed Brogan

Ed Brogan

Managing Director – Private Equity, London

Ed joined Brookfield in London in 2015 to lead the region’s legal activities including business development and deal origination. Ed also supports the region’s portfolio management team and serves as a key contact for the general counsels of portfolio companies in Europe.

Prior to joining Brookfield, Ed was a Senior Associate with a leading law firm.

Warren Tucker

Non-executive Director

Warren has over a decade of non-executive experience, as director and chairman, and he brings an in-depth knowledge of international industrial markets. He was a non-executive director of Reckitt Benckiser Group plc from 2010-2020, and a non-executive director at the UK Foreign Commonwealth Office from 2015-2020.

As chief financial officer and an executive director of Cobham plc from 2003 to 2013, he has a track record of delivering profitable growth and value creation. He has extensive experience in large multinational organisations across several geographies and industries.

Susanna Schneeberger

Non-executive Director

Susanna has more than 20 years of experience in international executive management roles. Susanna was previously the business area president, Chief Digital Officer and member of the executive management team of KION Group and prior to that was the CEO of Demag Cranes & Components. She also held various senior positions within the Trelleborg Group.

Currently she is a board member of Sandvik AB and SKF AB and the Chairman of the Board of Yunex GmbH. Susanna holds an MBA and a Master of Science in International Business from Lund University, Sweden.

Helen Bunch

Non-executive Director

Helen has significant experience of driving business performance, forging long-term relationships and building businesses in new markets, with a background encompassing corporate governance and customer relations. Helen is Executive Managing Director of Wates Residential, having started with the company in 2006 and has undertaken a variety of roles including Group Strategy Director, Managing Director of Wates Retail Limited and Managing Director of Wates Smartspace Limited. Prior to Wates, Helen gained knowledge and experience in global businesses including ICI. Helen is also a non-executive director of Morgan Advanced Materials Plc.
