Mark joined in February 2020 as a highly experienced business and operational leader. Prior to joining, Mark was MD of Wolseley UK and also served as UK Managing Director at the Royal Mail where he led the modernisation of the UK letters and parcels business.

Before that he was a Director of BPB plc, the building materials group, leading operations, engineering and manufacturing in Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Sunny Thakrar

Deputy CEO & Chief Operating Officer

Most recently Sunny was Chief Financial Officer and brings more than 20 years of finance and transformational experience, having held executive roles in both publicly quoted and private equity backed business.

Sunny joined the Group in 2016 having previously served as Chief Financial Officer at Parabis Group from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, as Group Finance Director at Sunseeker International Group from 2010 to 2015. Sunny has been a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants since 1995.

Simon Gordon

Group Chief Financial Officer

Simon took up his post in September 2020 in the role of Group CFO.

Prior to this he was CFO at Addison Lee, the world’s largest executive car service operator, where he supported the business with its organic and acquisition-led growth. Before joining Addison Lee in June 2018, Simon was at Spire Healthcare Group, Virgin Active Group and KPMG.

James O'Malley

James O'Malley

Group General Counsel

James O'Malley was appointed Group General Counsel in 2018, having joined the group in 2013 and previously serving as its European General Counsel.

James is responsible for global legal affairs and leads the group’s risk and compliance function. James also serves as Company Secretary.

Prior to joining, James worked for global law firm DLA Piper in both the UK and the US.

Graham Thompsett

Chief Human Resources Officer

Graham was appointed to the role in November 2019 and is responsible for all global Human Resources requirements, leading a team of local Directors to deliver the people needs of the business.

Prior to joining, Graham worked for nearly 20 years at Jaguar Land Rover in the UK and China. Graham held a number of positions during his tenure at JLR, where his responsibilities spanned capability development and talent acquisition for the Chinese sales business and the Chery Jaguar Land Rover Joint Venture.

Phil Vellacott

Director Corporate Finance

Phil joined in September 2018 and is responsible for M&A, investor relations and corporate finance.

Phil spent 15 years at PwC advising private equity and privately-owned companies on acquisitions, disposals, re-financings and capital markets transactions; clients included Algeco and TDR Capital.

Angèle Brucker

Managing Director Eastern, Northern & Southern Europe

Angèle Brucker is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of 13 countries in Eastern, Northern and Southern Europe. 

Angèle’s first role was in 1996 as a Financial Planning and Analysis Controller in Germany. Since then she has held senior posts in the Benelux countries, central and eastern Europe, before taking over her current role in May 2016.

John Campbell

Managing Director Elliott UK

John is responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the company’s business in the UK. 

Prior to joining Elliott, John spent 5 years at G4S, first as Managing Director of Cash Ireland and subsequently Managing Director of Cash UK. Previous experience includes senior positions held in a range of sectors including telecommunications, textiles, logistics and transport, local government and security.

Alexis Salmon-Legagneur

In this role, Alexis is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the company’s business in France. 

Alexis brings with him 25 years of experience in B2B services companies. 
Alexis joined in 2016. Prior to this position, he was Managing Director of an Elior Group Subsidiary from 2013 until 2015. From 2006 until 2012, Alexis served as Managing Director of the elevator company Schindler France.

Anthony Walsh

President Asia-Pacific

Anthony is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the company’s Australia, China, and New Zealand businesses.

Prior to this current position, Anthony served as Chief Operating Officer of Ausco Modular. He joined Ausco in 2003 in the role of Finance Director before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2008.

Dietmar Muller

Managing Director Germany

Dietmar is responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the company’s business in Germany, Austria and Slovenia.

He brings along a wealth of international management experience. For the last 5 years he worked in executive positions in the equipment rental business. Prior to that he worked for 17 years at Munters AB as a Business Area President for their largest business line with operations around the world.

Steinar Aasland

Steinar is responsible for the strategic and operational aspects of the company’s business in Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark, Iceland and the Baltics. 

Prior to joining, Steinar was the CEO of Malthus Uniteam, the Norwegian market leader in container, barracks and modular rental business. Steinar’s previous experience includes CEO positions in both family owned, Private Equity and listed companies. Roles included the position of Senior Vice President in a US based global market leader in PVF.
