BCP V Modular Services Holdings III Limited (the "Company") is a member of the Modulaire Group, a leader in European modular services and infrastructure. The consolidated financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2024 have been prepared in accordance with the Walker Guidelines. The Company has applied the Guidelines in full, except for a minor omission relating to the directors’ formal statement of compliance.  All disclosures required by the Walker Guidelines are otherwise contained in the Company’s financial statements.
